2025 POTATO SHOWS
The 2025 Potato shows start with the Potato Expo in Orlando, Florida, and then move into shows in Idaho, Washington, Manitoba, Wisconsin, Michigan and North Dakota/Minnesota and Colorado. The Montana Seed Seminar and the Alberta Potato Trade Show are in November. Attendance at the Mayo display is always excellent and we enjoy connecting with our customers. NEW OPTICAL SORTER FROM MAYO, TOMRA AND HARRISTON
Our new Optical Sorter for potatoes is being introduced. Tomra, Mayo and Harriston has successfully developed the ideal Portable Optical Sorter for growers and processors. Testing has proven this optical sorter to be high capacity, accurate and flexible. This is new generation technology for cleaning field potatoes. Much more information to come.

2025 Harvest Equipment
Mayo has had a busy year with production of potato equipment to add speed and efficiency to potato operations. This includes Unloading Conveyors, Piling lines, Dirt Elimination and Truck Loading. Also, Mayo provides Evenflows, Surge Hoppers, Telescoping Conveyors, Hopper Trailer Unloaders and Tare Conveyors.

New Potato Wash and Grading Line
Mayo is pleased with the completion of a new potato wash and grading line. With 2 years in the making, through the design, fabrication and install, the plant has been operating in full operation. This large facility includes Mayo wash, felt drying, sizing, grading, box tipping, conveying and metering bin equipment. It also has state of the art optical sorters and packaging equipment integrated from other specialized manufacturers.

CHIPPING POTATO WASH, GRADING AND SHIPPING SYSTEMS
Mayo is a leader in the design and manufacturing of Chipping potato lines. The machines involved are Unloading Systems including Presoak, Rock and Debris Flumes, Brush and Barrel Washers, Felt Dryers, Web Belt Sizers, Grading and Sorting, Evenflows and Loading Equipment. Mayo also works with specialized manufacturers providing optical sorting and packaging equipment.

PILING AND UNLOADING CONVEYOR LINES
Mayo provides a wide range of storage and transloading equipment. This includes Bin Pilers, Conveyor Systems with Telescoping and Portable Connecting Conveyors, Surge Hoppers and Evenflows and Unloading Conveyors with Stingers. Mayo potato equipment was at work as part of potato harvest in Arizona and California. Mayo conveyor lines and web belt multiple sizers are part of the receiving/grading/shipping lines.

PACKING SHED WASH PLANT PROJECTS
Mayo has designed and facilitated packing shed wash plant equipment in several locations. A wide variety of equipment has been installed including Washer/Polishers, Grading Tables, Distribution Conveyors, Tote Bag Fillers and Evenflows. Other manufacturers have installed Optical Sizer/Sorters at the same locations.

Mayo potato equipment was at work at several locations in South East states including the new expanded facility shown. Various lines include receiving, washing, grading, evenflow and loading equipment.

OUR EXPANDED IDAHO FALLS LOCATON IS NOW PEAK AG
Besides distributing the Mayo and Harriston lines, we have added Lenco, Strong Box and Crop Cart lines with more to come. We have added several thousand square feet onto our facility in Idaho Falls for parts and service area.

EQUIPMENT FOR FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
Besides potatoes, Mayo designs and builds equipment for a variety of fruit and vegetables, including carrots, onions, sweet potatoes and apples, all pictured below. This equipment can be similar to our regular lines, altered for the product or designed specifically for the product.

Our most recent expansion has been completed, providing substantial more space for machine assembly and staging.

PACKING SHED PROJECT
A packing shed expansion project. Mayo equipment added included washers, sizers, flumes, debris removal and integration with a Mayo polisher and Tomra optical sorters. The expansion used all stainless steel equipment to increase volume and accuracy and reduce labor.

Fresh Crop Project
A project completed recently in the Southeast. This line starts with unloading bulk semi trailers from the field and incorporates washing, sorting, sizing and pilers for loading out. The design includes Mayo scale conveyors and integrates specialty equipment from other manufacturers.
